totally stumped as to what to bring to food curated potluck tonight (how do you compete with lobster rolls and liddabit salted caramels) so i decided to just go overboard with butter, sugar, and other so-bad-they’re-good ingredients.

start with smitten kitchen’s foolproof blondie recipe. then add brown butter. and butterscotch chips. and chocolate chips. and toasted walnuts. and scotch. then more scotch.
