raw foods and yoga

i’m reasonably worried that i might have a small chia plant growing in my stomach right now. after hanging out with a raw food friend last weekend (who prescribed hemp seed protein, goji berries, and kefir to counteract my indulgent eating habits) and running across this yogi/beauty guru’s site, i am curious about all these super foods. and so, breakfast of chia seeds, almond milk, and berries to counteract dinner of wine, bone marrow, and mortadella pizza. works for me.
